@Pavlos Kasselouris - Were you able to rehab everything in your allotted budget or you went over your budget?

Allotments is just another word for autopay. 

However, the good news, for me at least, is that I did a little cleaning up of my files, including getting rid of some 2+ gb movie my friend had shared and I'm no longer encroaching on my 8 gigs of allotted space.  

Financial condition, ability to accept risk, time alloted, expertise all play a role.

Personally I am an architectural designer, artistic in nature and I have an extensive background in construction so at times I do like a project that needs allot of work but not always.

thanks for the reply, just curious... on a 200k house... what kind of numbers do you think I would be looking for.. i know it depends on allot of factors, but using average numbers.. what would the situation look like to refin and pull cash out..

That said, that is what allot of people do exactly like those that wholesale houses without taking much money out of pocket to get houses under contract.

Part of the meeting was allotted to members recounting success stories and not-as-successful, though important, learning experiences - which as you should know by now the DFW REIA owners/hosts have never had to face since they only know how to win.

Do you have any alternate exit strategies once the house passes your allotted days-on-market period?

Is there a numerical number in which it won't fit the space allotted?
