so im finding out real quickly that real estate is going to be a tuff nut to crack. As i think i found my way into the real estate field, i find out it may be illegal (bird dogging) all the research that i have done is saying not to do it. Even on here there are contradicting statements about it. So if anyone can point me in the right directioni would appreciate it.

Eric

Im glad that you posted because a lot of people starting off run into what you are talking about.  Frustration, conflicting info, and other forms of random idiocy from people who arent making any money.

Now here is the exciting part, real estate has made more millionaires than anything else in American history.  Not the freakin stock market, not gold, not bonds, and sure as Hell not any job.   Real estate is open to everyone.  Your formal education is irrelevant, your credit and income become irrelevant as you learn more technique.  As I run through my phone contact, there are probably 20 RE investors who make over $1,000,000 per year, and a larger number who make 100k.   This stuff is real, this is not seminar crap and this is not someone trying to sell you something.

So now, let me ask you a few questons.  What are you trying to do?  What is your end goal? How do you intend to get there?

To your success, lets see if we can jump start you.

Josh
