@Brian Burke Black Rock at Ka'anapali Beach is one of my favorite places to snorkel on the island.

Unfortunately, someone did a really bad job trying to refinish them at some point.....looks like they used that "all-in-one" stain/poly stuff and it came out almost black.

Sometimes we'll do white cabinets and inside the glass cabinets finish them black/blue/red or some other color to accent a color in the granite/tile backsplash or wall color.

A black gate with key is supposed to prevent access but it's not working appropriately.

Thanks for the tips guys.I was thinking of this brother color printer: it's just $140 right now on saleFor Direct mailers I was thinking of trying to print blue ink on a yellow sheet of lined papers for making offers for "cash offers on houses" or the "we buy houses" type letters.I would probably use it 90% for black and white thoughYeah I'm definitely not getting an inkjet from what I've been reading.

What did you have in mind, Pizza Inn, Golden Corral, Wendy's or just the Black Kettle Café greasy spoon?
