Focusing on cash flow only is very narrow minded and short sited in my opinion ... it is only a small part of the total investment return if you are in a desirable RE market. 

For instance out of 4 answers to a question and you have narrowed to 2 skip the question and come back to it later.More questions down the line you answer a question that takes one of the 2 answers off the list.

I narrowed down a company called Interactive Shares because it's right here in DC.Has anyone on here ever worked with this company or can give any additional insight into this form of borrowing?

Growing up in Balto in the 1960's  both me and my brother had a bedroom in the finished attic , you had to go thru my parents room to get up there . ( and somehow they had 2 more kids) The door was narrow , beds had to be pulled up and thru a window .

We've narrowed it down to either a condo or townhouse near us (bear valley west) that would generate 200/month cash flow and have some appreciation or a multifamily in colorado springs.  

Financing needed at the time is narrowing it down. 

Moreover, it helps to narrow down my choices.
