Hi there, 

It is so nice to be part of this community. 

My fiance and I are interested in investing in the West Suburbs area of Chicago. We are in the beginning stages of investing and would like to learn more and get in touch with other investors out there.

Hi Florina,

Welcome to BP. I'm a real estate investor in the Oak Lawn area. I pick up most of my properties from judicial foreclosure auctions! The upside is that you get a great deal. Downside is that no financing is available and you mostly don't get an opportunity to inspect the interior of the property..
