I am a very conservative investor and I realize some people might think this is crazy in the low interest environment we are in but I try to stick to this principle to not get wiped out when rates rise or bubbles come back to reality.

In todays environment, we are buying with cash flow in mind.

That young family with their first child will want a safe, healthy, and child-friendly environment.

More of a quaint shopping/dining experience and not the impersonal big-box type of environment.

IT Security Testing and Monitoring should:  Monitor Threats;  Evaluate emerging threats;  Monitor for external vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies;  Perform periodic self-assessments;  Adopt timely corrective action of significant deficiencies;  Consider business continuity and disaster recovery;  Assess the scope impact and urgency of new threat vulnerabilities; and  Reassess the security environment and enhance as necessary.

Not everyone would understand, but I've done this to get a better feel for future investing and the environment in which I will be farming.  

We want to create an environment where people can come, eat great food and read great books.

But, you need to keep your mind focused on growing and surround yourself within good environment of positivity and aspirations.
