Though, I suppose it would still be a good exercise to do these extra aspects of a search for practice, mostly since I'm looking for myself too! 

For all people I’m hiring we start with small projects and even after they’ve established themselves to me I continue to bid out the jobs to ensure best practices and best prices.

I'm curious if this is the standard practice for money partners.

Additionally, I have seen people set offer deadlines and accept offers before the deadline hence I think it is best practice to get an offer in as soon as possible, call the agent before the deadline to see where offers are at, and adjust as you see fit.

It was just a multi-family property that came up local that was rented, thought I'd reach out to the realtor for a rent roll and practice running the numbers on it.

So for all practical purposes, when the dust clears, I would be buying at full retail, if not more.  

Would the best practice be to form a new LLC where all four of us are managing members?
