Getting into RE investments

Balaji Vasudevan
Posted

Hi all, I am just about looking to get started with RE Investments.

About me: Software professional in mid 40s. Primary home only about half paid off. Almost all investments currently in stock market. About 75% in retirement accounts (401Ks, IRA, Roth) others in brokerage accounts and few misc ones.

Goal: Grow my Net Worth and build wealth. Cash flow not primary focus for at least another 10 years but rather asset value growth but would not want negative cash flow.

Anti-Goal: Not risk personal assets, no stressful work, not very handy to do much work myself.

What I am looking for:

1. Network and learn from experienced investors and possible mentors

2. Learn about best strategies

3. How to find deals

4. How to find finance

5. How to find professionals that I absolutely need

6. Best practices and things to look out for

I am hoping to be involved in the community and as I get into it more, contribute back as much as I can.

Thanks and hope all of you a have a wonderful day and week.
