Of my opinions, this one is probably the most controversial.

@Tracy Dydney  There's a pragmatic side to the problem;  Cutting your losses.Why keep throwing good money (lawyers, eviction costs, possible damages due to prolonged controversy) after bad. 

You paid a plumber $2000 to turn on a valve and are celebrating because it "saved" you $2000?

I’m so sick of people my age posting their new car payment for their new mortgage loan online expecting it to be positive be celebrated because they are leasing/borrowing to “own” what they flaunt.

I have seen portfolios of celebrated over-night-success investors and when you look under the hood it's not pretty.

I'm saying don't put all your faith in celebrity.

Enjoy learning more about investing, and don't forget to celebrate all your successes along the way.

This might be because of a recent downsizing by a large local employer, controversy over tainted water, or recent violence in the neighborhood panicking homeowners into selling. 

Those that claim anonymity - my guess is they want to be like celebrities - I have worked for several billionaires and many who are super wealthy - none go through any type of anonymity -only ones I know have been athletes and celebrities, oh and one women who I can see why as she was a Rockefeller.

Having someone will only be controversial with comments such as; it was like that when I moved in, I didn’t do that etc.
