Find some local investor communities to participate in, get in on some masterminds, meet the people who have already achieved the level of success you are looking for.

I specifically need an industry mastermind group or industry coaching. 

It will help walk you through developing goals and habits, and it will enroll you in a Mastermind group with a few other investors to help each other grow and remain accountable.

Recently I was on one of the Zoom calls in a mastermind group that I am a part of where a member of the highest tier of the group was presenting his story to a bunch of the members of the lower level (myself included).

I recommend going to local real estate meetups, joining a mastermind group that is focused on what you're trying to achieve (it sounds like multifamily), and educating yourself DAILY using whatever medium you prefer (podcast, books, youtube, etc). 

I am looking to start a south jersey mastermind group for some of us to work together to achieve our goals.

Teams can offer leads, masterminds, accountability, training, software, tools.
