Anyone located in Dubai or distanced managing properties there

Hi all,

New in BP and love the community! Just wondering if there are BP masterminds in Dubai/UAE area. I have been doing research on this market and I just realise it is the fastest growing real estate market nowadays. I also want to find out the possibilities of applying BRRRRR method of other creative financing there as a foreigner.

Please let me know if you guys know anything about the real estate market there!
