People I talk to who actually test and compare say yellow letters out perform every time.

With that said if one was set up to receive 3000 calls from the YL then the yellow would out perform the maybe 300 calls from the same amount of PCs.

And without a doubt the non agent letter out performs.

Certainly some cards out perform other however make certain you're prepared and have determine the correct prospects to market to from both a geographically and property characteristics perspective.Here is the card I love the most.And it is pink for a reason.Good luck and congrats in advance.

I don't have to be passionate about Self-Storage (even though I am) I just happen to be smart enough to shift my focus into the asset class that out performs multi-family, single family, office buildings, retail strip centers, etc.  

I think Avery Carl talks about that in her video that was mentioned, her property is outperforming others because her property is updated (nothing crazy), and it's exactly what people are looking for when going to the smokies, and she got quality photos in her listing that show those updates and amenities. 

There are some old men in theae areas that have accumulated 20 properties or so over their time and most are paid for and will kill an outperform the average investor with that invest in only so called a,b areas. 

Your price will get you a solid single family home in a C+ to B area that will out perform a cheap duplex any day. 

As far as your logic of getting into syndications versus stocks, a syndication is no guarantee that you will outperform the stock market.  

If that's the case, no investor will be able to outperform and gain high returns...
