From Sunnyvale to Memphis, there are many paths out of the rat race.

I too, left the W2 rat race to enter into Real Estate full time.  

One of our observations is how much easier it is to exit the rat race from a low salary profession like janitor as opposed to the high salary positions like pilot or lawyer.

But goal is to get out of the rat race.

Make no mistake,  love what I do but I've become a contender in the rat race.

I might understand your position if you were brand-new and trying to drum up business, trading pay for exposure and jobs, but once established I cannot fathom why you would want to race to the bottom. 

I have spoken to the City and the lady horse laughed me when I said this and said she had never heard of it.

Get out of that rat race, Lip.

I also wonder whether the neighbor has an issue with the race or ethnicity of your tenants.

One is a man and one is a woman of the same race.
