What is the laundry facility situation? 

Hi, I need help analyzing a rental property.Sale price is $795,000.building has updated/renovated exterior + interior 3 out of 6 units, has separate meters + coin operated laundry room.Tenants 5 out of 6 is month to month.location is very good.the calculation on the calculator is with zero down, Please take a look at my calculations to see if I am missing anything, my first rental Property calculation.Tank you!

Kicker was he backed out at the last second, so I was happy I went for a smaller deal because then I was able to finish the deal without him.  

There’s probably a market for it but I’m not a condo landlord.I can’t see paying almost as much in rent as a 3 bed 2 bath house with a garage and laundry. 

The master suite and open concept main level, plus a mud room and separate laundry/craft room sold the property.

You may use your laundry gas supply line, but need to make sure it will work.

The interior is finished, we just need to add some landscaping, and power wash the driveway.  

Moisture is getting in and causing it to flake off DOORS (Interior): Adjusted a) the entry door to the 2nd floor left end bedroomb) the entry door to the master bedroom(2) The left bi-fold door for the laundry room needs to be adjusted to prevent it from dragging on the floor, whichcould result in damage to the door and flooring.

Currently tenants go off site to do their laundry, I plan on cleaning out the basement and adding coin operated laundry and installing storage cages for the tenants to rent if needed.  

rehabbed the trashed studio into a 1 bedroom, made repairs to broken exterior staircases, coin operated laundry room, and fixing up the garage for extra income.
