Scammed by our partner who had 10% of the house, asked for a lot of money to do rehab, then asked us to get loan on the house (originally purchased in cash), scammed by lender, ended up paying $8000 for lender fee etc, had to hire someone to rehab for the job he never completed, so spent ~10k after we kicked him out.

When you post something in certain categories, you may quickly receive inquiries asking to send you a code "so they can make sure your real" or have you email them. this is a major scam.

@Ayana Rose this was a smart move as you probably would've been scammed or highly taken advantage of during the transaction.My lenders are comfortable at 75% LTV and I have a small hand that will go to 80% LTV in LARGE markets.
