It appears they calculate the daily interest based on a 365 day/year calculation of the APR, then they round to the nearest penny.

Is the roof fairly old or is some ther big ticket item going out soon?

I don’t believe there will be a ton of rehab cost, but I will be stepping foot inside the place tomorrow and can look for potential big ticket items before getting an inspector in there.
