These sites do very little though to help promote me personally.I decided that most individuals initially use Zillow, Trulia, Redfin. etc to search for property information, so those sites will always be first for SEO but if I can try to be brand specific for my area on having good RE information & content, hopefully they will start to come to my site for my blog, etc and then I can capture them.

I decided instead to start with move-in-ready properties off MLS, which took more work on my part but I was able to consider more inventory in locations of my choosing, negotiate more on prices and capture some equity on the purchase, whereas I felt the TK was about 10% over market.

You can also bring a buyers list questionaire so you can start creating your buyers list.The questionaire will capture their personal information, where they buy, what they buy, how often they buy, who many deals they have done, how much cash they have to purchase in 10 days or less and whatever other info you would like to capture.
