If matching panels weren't available, you would have been charged for an entire garage door and it would have been a heck of a lot more money.As it is, your landlord price shopped, because that is cheap to have two panels replaced..Normal wear and tear on garage doors is something like a metal cable getting frayed from lots of use, or a cotter pin breaking.

BTW - since you are getting rid of older radiators here, the scrap metal value might be worth looking into if they are the old heavy cast iron units.

Hold for days/weeks/months or more.You can still make money and don't have to physically take care it.Many brokers offer currency pairs, CFD's, metals, DowJones futures, and a ton of other stuff all at one place.I only hold trades for a short time..can't speak for long term trade investors.

a mobile home will last forever if u can keep a nice roof on it and most come with a metal roof so thats not usually a problem.They are easy to maintain and fix.
