North Korea sinks a South Korea vessel in a completely unprovoked attack, killing over 50. Not a peep of outrage from the military.

Israel shoots back at an armed vessel attempting to resupply their enemies, killing 9. Holy hell is raised.

Alright, I took my 24 hour hiatus (close enough).

First of all - this constant idea that people who disagree with you must simply be watching Fox news is pathetic. It betrays one dimensional thinking when taking anyone else's views into consideration.

Second - if we're going to go back to 1980, then it bears pointing out that in 1981 Israel destroyed Iraq's nuclear facilities. These fools in Iran that are supporting Hamas owe Israel one hell of a huge THANK YOU that Saddam Hussein didn't have nuclear technology during the 1980s. If some poor guy had to be in his underwear in front of his kids to help neutralize this and other threats SO BE IT. Don't start a fight and then whine when you get knocked on your ***.

Third - I'm getting sick of this crap about Israel targeting "civilians" in "refuge" camps. Maybe if the "civilians" would stop firing weapons into Israeli civilian targets I could support an end to the targeting of "civilians". Until then, open up on those clowns.

For anyone who wants to actually think for themselves, look closely as to what is going on here. When the mob attacks the IDF forces, you can see the primary weapons that the first wave of IDF is shooting back with at 1:03. Their primary weapons are pneumatically powered nonlethal guns modified to fire rubber balls for crowd control. Every weekend, 12 year olds across America shoot each other with these - they are paintball guns. IDF boarded that ship with nonlethal intent. You can clearly see that only after their lives are in danger do they draw their lethal weapons. If someone came at me with a metal club or a knife, I'd have no problem shooting them.

Finally, Israel has made it clear there are means of bringing humanitarian aid through the blockade without incident. These activists started the incident. They bear the responsibility for it. I applaud Israel for protecting it's sovereignty.
