@Alisha BurgfeldIf you look at the annual numbers, they are about the same.When you put in the purchase, you need to put in the correct one.The expenses are generated off the rental income, so those don't really change.So, you were  tweaking the purchase price/loan amount.

One problem I would imagine is small framing tweaks for duct ways, stairs, and window adjustments which are easy to craft a custom piece of wood on site, but may be harder with metal.

It seems that after you get the product here, make all the tweaks required to make everyone happy, there is little to no cost savings and the end value is lower (due to being a modular) as well.

But if you know how to build a high performing website and already have a hosting account you're paying for... and want to invest the time into building it out... maintaining it... continually tweaking it and optimizing for performance... then for sure a Wordpress site is the way to go and you can keep the financial cost down but the time cost will be higher.

Then my husband found an operating agreement online that he liked and tweaked it to fit what we needed and then got it signed and notarized.But if you'd rather go through an attorney, maybe @Douglas Skipworth or @James Wachob would have some local suggestions for you?
