Modular homes in Colorado

I am currently doing some research into planning and construction for 18,500 feet of residential attached single family paired homes consisting of 12 contemporary units broken into 6 buildings in the city of Aurora. I'm looking into constructing these units as modular homes. I was wondering if anyone would know where I would be able to find more information regarding buildings codes and permit requirements for this type of construction in the City of Aurora. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Hey @Mo Abdul search the zoning section of the cities municipal codes, and talk to your local permitting office, make sure you have the address. If the property is zoned dense enough residential then you should be fine. The only thing that you might need to  stress is that it will be a multi-family development (in Washington we call something like this "cottage housing") and not a mobile home park (as soon as you say modular home this is what they will think). The Modular buildings will be built to code by the manufacturer, but you will need an architect and a civil engineer for zoning and land use issues.
