Just remember the numbers that matter have dollar signs in front, not street names behind.  

@Tracey Kanowsky  So you're saying at official address on his website (10760 4th Street, Suite 200 Rancho Cucamonga, CA), some other business occupies the space?

I have a condo in Mesa right across the street from the new Cubs Spring Training facility that I'm thinking about turning into a vacation rental. 

Driver around all the streets and look for vacant houses.

Zillow doesn't seem trustworthy at it misses streets and reports foreclosure information inconsistent with what I find on county records.  

Also, I wound up finding my cleaning service in a small hotel down the street from us.

That said, If you have a home with some privacy and off-street parking, I think it could really work.
