Sal Buscemi's "The Investors Syndicate"

Has anyone bought and had success with Sal Buscemi's "The Investor Syndicate" for commercial real estate investing?  The first line of the promo starts with: Take full advantage of all my “Wall Street” Systems to become a major player in asset acquisition, arbitrage, deal making, and capital formation!  It all sounds very polished and the big $ opportunities are very interesting to me.
