Wholesaling

My name is Damian, and I live in Orlando Florida. I am a newbie here on bigger pockets, and in the real estate business. I'm interested in wholesaling, but I am a little unclear about how to get started. What are the first few steps I should take? I've been doing my research, and have been listening to podcasts here on BP. It's just so much information that some things seem a little unclear. I am open to ideas and tips from any of my fellow wholesalers. I appreciate you!!

Hey Damian,

Are you looking to sell wholesale properties or buy them? Either way, marketing is the most important thing, and BiggerPockets is a great way to do that. So welcome to BP!
