If you're confused about a given step, there's something that you haven't completed with the prior step.Best way to key in to what matters to your prospect(s) is to begin listing all the issues that will bother them and motivate them to do business with YOU. in other words, identify problems that they either cannot resolve themselves or are not willing to do so and with to put on shoulders of another.Find ways to be of service and add unique in the minds of your prospects.

In one training that I attended specifically focused on landlording, the trainer (who manages lots of units) indicated that whenever he started to evict somebody, he wanted to be sure he had grounds to carry out the eviction to COMPLETION - bad blood develops with an eviction filing, and the tenant develops a chip on their shoulder you might have to now deal with.
