Still haven't made progress

Hi everyone!

So, basically, I'm still learning about real estate and investing, and I have some money saved up to start, but I'm a bit hesitant when it comes to spending it. I reckon it's mainly because I feel insecure about how much I know in regards to investing. I feel as though if I start now, I'll make mistakes or lose my money.

Any suggestions?

I could give you a laundry list of different mistakes I've made and the amount of money I've lost investing in real estate would have been astounding to me had you mentioned it when I was just getting started.  Both happen to be part of the learning process and will most definitely happen.  If you can't stomach the thought of making mistakes and losing money, then real estate investing likely isn't in your cards (or really any other type of investing besides maybe CD's or government bonds).

What you should focus on is limiting your losses to be significantly less than your gains and learning from your mistakes to gain experience.

If you run into road blocks, there are plenty of people on here to offer assistance no matter what direction you go.
