This special zoning means I can only rent to warehouses, manufacturing and certain types of service businesses, such as carpet & rug cleaning establishments, massage therapist offices, music studios etc.

I've been so focused on composing and promoting my music, since that's my passion, but its a pennies game and even with 7 contracts in 2014, its still not generating any substantial cash flow.

Music programs & assemblies to prepare for, huge kitchen & bath remodels homeowners are waiting on, patients waiting on hold for their PT appts...  

I listen to information on my phone/player instead of music I have heard a thousand times already.

The podcast are great, I do not even listen to the radio anymore in the car and my daughter have learned the tune to the theme music when it comes on and I just started listening last week LOL.

We'll be showing off some new lighting and sound equipment, sharing some of the history of the building, and hosting live music later in the evening.
