Hello everyone, My name is Ariel Simmons and I am a newbie real estate investor. I stumbled upon bigger pockets and have realized that this is a great opportunity to use this as a tool for networking. I have zero experience in the real estate field and currently looking to acquire as much knowledge as possible and hopefully work with a few mentors. I currently reside in Philadelphia, PA. I was born and raised here so I am very familiar with the area. I have set high standards for myself in becoming a real estate investor, in hopes of one day achieving those goals. Currently I am focusing on marketing in acquisitions, to then move forward to wholesaling and rehabbing, but first need to know the ins and outs of the business looking for a quick start.
