Hello BP.  This is my third day on the site and I've already connected with some great people.  I'm just getting started in my real estate journey at 37 and plan to focus on wholesale, flips, and buy and holds.

I've read that many investors here still have 9-5's and I agree the steady cashflow can fuel your business and keep you going.  But I'm really ready to let the 9-5 go for good and plan to make 2015 a huge year, God willing.

I've been so focused on composing and promoting my music, since that's my passion, but its a pennies game and even with 7 contracts in 2014, its still not generating any substantial cash flow. So its time to shift my primary focus to real estate which is something I've always wanted to get into.

My wife and I are currently in the market for a lease option in Phoenix, AZ or Naperville, IL since we have family in both areas and travel back and forth.  I have a funny feeling that Phoenix will win out since we can get more for our money.  Guess I should put a post on BP to see if anyone is looking for a buyer with a lease option?

Long story short, the real estate bug finally hit me while on the hunt for our next home and I'm lucky to have only invested $100 so far on real estate education before finding BP!!! Once I get through this paid course, I'm going to consume absolutely everything that I can here on wholesaling, flips, and buy and holds.
