Newbie from Rodeo California lovin' BP!

Hello BP fans! Just call me Eddie.

Rodeo is a small town in the East Bay Area and I've been around this area since 1989. Currently working full-time at my regular job. I like my job, it supports my family and pays bills BUT it won't give me the lifestyle I want my family to have. Then I learned about Real Estate Investing and that opened my eyes.

Real estate experience?

I don't know a lot about it, I've been exposed to it since I was young but didn't know the potential of what it can do for you.

What I've done to get started?

So far in April of this year I've purchased my first property and investment with help from a friend / RE agent. It's a Fourplex located in Richmond, CA. A few months now getting into the Landlording and Maintenance, I still feel there is a lot to learn on how to do things and that's how I discovered BiggerPockets and boy am glad I did.

How I found BiggerPockets?

I was searching for spreadsheets on property management, cash flow analysis etc. and BiggerPockets came up on one of the searches. I created my profile and started reading postings from other members and I got addicted. Then I found out about the Podcast and man it got me more pumped up. Started listening to the Podcast and lovin' every minute of it. I like how Josh and Brandon perform their Q&A's with their special guests. I'm learning more real estate lingo the more I listen to the Podcast. Pretty awesome!

My Real Estate goals?

Buy and Hold Multifamily Homes. Right now I'm working on getting my Real Estate license. So if you're a Real Estate Broker working in the Bay Area please send me a PM and tell me about your company. I believe finding the right partner or group is key to success.

What I'd like to work on?

Creative financing. Meeting with other REI's in the Bay Area. I'd love to see projects and flips in action if you let me. That would be super awesome! I might have some ideas I can share with you that my benefit you. Let's get together!

My ultimate goal?

Do Real Estate Investing full-time. Spend more time with Family and travel while the Real Estate Portfolio is generating passive income.
