It took almost a year later and a very scary incident in which a stray bullet from a nearby shooting ended up going through the house and entered in a wall just behind our tenant's daughter's head while she sat on the couch to realize that the house was right smack in the center of Bloods territory.

Hi Everyone - any suggestions on quality pull out couch / futons?

I've been getting some small rips in my couch cushions (from heavy STR use) and some stains on my couch cushions (again, from heavy STR use).

(pow, mic drop, walk away.......) 

I've got a tenant that has caught 2 mice in traps in past week and has found lots of droppings, including in her bed and under the couch cushions.

We have another 1bd/ba in that same area and have seen that this is an area favorited by families.The current setup in the new house is a Queen in each bedroom plus a Queen pull-out couch.

They are probably sitting on the couch watching the latest TV show. trying to forget about there financial stresses, backstabbing co-workers and the boss they wish they never had but do. wondering what politician is responsible for there woes. 8 or 10 hour shift, 5 days a week, same tasks.

I’ve had them install bidet seats that then had to be removed, ruin linen by using bedspreads on the beach, put up a dart board on my siding, tear the facing off a couch because they thought it opened like a trundle, break lamps, etc…It’s the life we’ve chosen.

@Connor MckelveyNot sure if it would pass underwriting, but what if you sell some stuff to you your brother for $3000... your snowmobile, car, couch, Laptop, ect.
