Another thing that I really don't like about the system is a family of one adult and 3 kids is allowed to get a 3 bedroom but if they cannot find a 3 bedroom, they can get a 4 bedroom.

With this being said, i want to expand my circle and meet people everyday but i feel that doing that, specially as an adult, is looked down upon and it feels "weird" walking up to people in random places so what i want to do is join organizations or clubs but MeetUp seems a bit limited in my area...
