So here's what I saw for editing:On the Kitchen page "Synthetic" is misspelled under the counter top types, the "p" was left out of "backsplash" and I don't know that you need a spot for "Kitchen Windows" if you are already getting a total window count on the first page (same for other rooms like the Bathrooms, Bedrooms and Living Room), but that may be by design.

There are synthetic & rubber underlays for sound treatment as well, but they are very pricey and in our limited experience do not work any better than cork.I am curious about cork under ceramic/porcelain tile.  

The nature of contract work is that money comes in lumps, my friend calls it porterhouse or peanut butter.

If you've got 250K to invest, I would do a bread and butter condo. 

Over the course of a year my wife and I fixed it up, rented to friends, ate peanut butter and jelly, did everything we could.

I prefer Bread and butter pickles!

So if ranch is bread and butter then why deviate from what the buyers in the market are demanding??
