. : )I have friends that simply invest in sponsor deals and look at a spreadsheet once each month.There are tasks they have to do relative to watching over their investments but they are very minimal  in nature and easily scale able. 

Guess you just need to find different sponsors. lol

However, OAR is currently sponsoring legislation that will allow for individuals to take all of the pre-license courses online.

Think it's best off for the sponsor to be establishing a solid proof of concept by having an established track record.

@Daniel Leyva,Once you get your license and hook up with a sponsoring broker, your learning has only just begun.

Caution:  I am a passive investor in these deals and took a long time to find the person (deal sponsor, Lead, or Syndicator) that I wanted to invest with.Currently concentrating on finding more LLC's to invest with, in multifamily.

My question is, how do I maintain my license without working for a "broker" My current broker that is sponsoring my license is from Century 21, but they are following the Mike Ferry System and want me to make X number of calls per week in order to work for them.

So I decide to get a license myself.Being in Michigan, I need an employing broker to sponsor me.
