How to pick employing broker?
I am pretty new to real estate, but find it much more convenient to have a real estate agent license, since it provides access to tons of information. So I decide to get a license myself.
Being in Michigan, I need an employing broker to sponsor me. I wonder how you guys decide which broker to go with. I know some of the well-known real estate broker like RE/MAX, Real Estate One, etc.. My goal is to just be an investor instead of a full-time agent. Probably pay minimum so called "Desk fee" because I am not gonna have tons of transactions during the year. Really need some good advice here, especially someone from Michigan.
Thanks!!
