If it's a cost issue because you lost your job, find someone's couch you can crash on before moving your stuff into the house. 

I made her give me a 30 day notice to leave and she left but obviously left her smelly, insect filled mattresses and couches along with broken windows, walls, and screens.

Can get the boxsprings couches and chairs later.  

Solar, propane for heater & shower, mini split, fridge that runs off DC, tongue & groove ceiling with puck lights, farm house sink with butcher block counter tops, full bed with storage underneath, 3 seatbelts connected to couch that turns into 2nd full bed, all electric is stored under bench, an induction stove top, fully furnished with pots, pans, and work out essentials, and our favorite part: A ROOFTOP DECK to enjoy the sites.

Even if it when you are sitting on your couch, sipping iced tea on an idle Saturday or Sunday afternoon. 

Personally, I'd rather have a pot head baked sitting stuck on the couch than a raging alcoholic punching holes in the wall.  

I slept on couches of people who were coke heads and rich and I couldn't even get a cellphone provider.
