Floor plan design software
I'm looking to do some fix and flip and wondering what people are using for design software for floor plans. Primarily looking for 2D, but seriously thinking 3D would be smarter. Will need to place couches, refrigerator, windows, doors, beds to scale
Any recommendations for either?

I'd checkout Homestyler or Floorplanner. Both are fairly cheap and easy to learn and setup. They both have 2D and 3D options.
