I am more inclined for the cashflow type of investments, but appreciation could surely be a good kicker.I'll be updating this thread and opening new ones as I continue with this journey, BP is one of the best communities i've seen, not only in the investment niche, but in general.Thank you once again!

Regarding my previous W2 job - I am incline to think that they may be different regulations for nationwide PM groups vs private landlords.I am not a lawyer - so please consult your lawyer before you make a decision.Just wanted to make all of you aware that resources like that exist out there for TENATS and none of us would like to be sued for the $40 app fee

Hey Maria,If you put together a rough business plan with timelines and goals we can comment on it.If someone asks how to do something, it's hard to figure out the background and capabilities they bring to the table.On the other hand if you ask: "I have this opportunity and I can do A, B or C but I'm inclined to do B because blah blah blah"Now you'll get meaningful feedback!
