Anyone familiar with PMs who collude with house-hunting companys to purposefully make me more inclined to sell?

My inclination is to suggest paying back the PML 70% of the land proceeds (presumably $168K) at that closing and then hold the remaining loan until I sell the house. 

Based on some of the research done, I am inclined towards starting out with a small multi family investment property (2-4 multi family home).

They have run an Airbnb in Incline Village for about 9 years now.

I am more inclined to buy new kitchen appliances because of #4, but would not have an issue using nice looking used kitchen appliances.

So the places we all encounter that don't even have a wheelchair ramp at the entrance (at the appropriate incline, etc), even though it would be relatively easy to put in, aren't compliant (envision a storefront set back 10 feet from the sidewalk).

So, when Trump changes to no tax on tips I feel inclined to change my rental income structure.50% reduction in rent.Previous 50% made up from a mandatory nontaxable tip.

Because of this, I am much more inclined to proceed and heavily consider this purchase.

It also requires gaining a level of sophistication and knowledge that not everyone has the time, inclination or ability to do.
