Hey there, I’m a new invester right out of college with no debt and a career in my field.

I'm not an economist or specialist in this field, but as an investor and realtor, i don't think this would have any immediate impact on the property values.

Worse case things go all the way upside down and I have to get a license to continue doing Airbnb or even worse and it goes all the way to left field(very unlikely to be this extreme as the city sees too many ways that they can make a buck off hosts by taxing them ) and they ban it from our city, I lose my deposit and have to recoup my money from selling my furniture.

Happy to field any newbie questions, with the caveat that I absolutely don’t have majority of answers but we can find them out together.

Companies in the oil field business are investing literally billions in this area.

Just started doing this while back, but definitely see the potential to make a lot of money in this field.
