If someone wanted to sell me a car with a full tank of gas, I sure wouldn't turn it down.I'd try to save as much as those bookings as I could given the current situation with the Virus.

Hopefully after all this virus madness is over I'll be able to share that I too have my license and a property of my own!

I love old houses; I live in one but they are often money pits-- personally, I avoid them for investment properties.colleges may not open until winter with corona virus this year so you might need to carry that mortgage on your own.

On top of all this, the virus is expected to be around through the end of the year, plus we have an election cycle in November!
