I am building a 320 sqft. studio (efficiency or room) with bathroom, closet and a private entrance behind my house in Hallandale Beach, FL. (18 minutes away from miamj) Unfortunately the GC I had did a bad job of managing the money and left my job at 40% :( Than file for bankruptcy and now I’m stuck 😩🙈This is my first deal and I need help, I need a reliable and honest GC to finish this job.

If you don't, why not house hack by finding a home with a separate basement entrance potential and on a lot zoned for two units (look for the 'TU' in the middle of the zoning designation).
