Creating basement separate entrance
I am looking to purchase a home in Utah and am wondering how much it would cost to create a separate entrance into a furnishes basement. Any recommendations or referrals would be appreciated.

@Esteban Medina I cut a basement entrance into my home in Lehi 2 years ago, and it cost me about $7000. We did have to get a permit from the city and have inspections, but the process was very straightforward.
