so this property is severly distressed property taxes not paid since 2010(went to the court house to find out exactly) i see that she is still on the title and cant find if there was a will however i searched on line and found that she does have 2 sons and a daughter my question is do i have to contact them to buy the land?

She signed paperwork that she cannot evict me during that 90 days..now I don't know about if the house sells but it didn't sell..sorry so long winded..I'm just hurt and angry as I've done so much for her and I have 3 weeks to find a place and I have a daughter too and also having major brain surgery for removal of a tumor compressing optic nerve severely behind my eye 6 days after I'm supposed to be out with tons of doc appt in between.
