I was lucky to be married to a great woman who has been able to support me and our daughter (who is now in college) and has been saving money for about 25 years.We live in a home that has been mortgage-free for about 20 years and has increased in value about 21/2 times what we paid for it in 1984.

I was listening to the podcast today and Brandon mentioned that he bought a four-plex for his daughter when she was born on a 15-year mortgage. the idea is by the time she graduates high school she will have a property free and clear and can use the equity to keep investing or pay for college.

I tend to be long-winded about this and try to keep this letter shorter.We have a daughter in her 3rd year at the University of Arkansas and we live in Dallas County so we only see her on school breaks since we are about 61/2 hours away but I am very proud of her.

(it would have been smart for your folks to do a Roth IRA for you, I opened Roth IRA for my 8-year old daughter who works for me and will continue to contribute so the funds can grow tax-free).

   so this property is severly distressed property taxes not paid since 2010(went to the court house to find out exactly) i see that she is still on the title and cant find if there was a will however i searched on line and found that she does have 2 sons and a daughter my question is do i have to contact them to buy the land?

She signed paperwork that she cannot evict me during that 90 days..now I don't know about if the house sells but it didn't sell..sorry so long winded..I'm just hurt and angry as I've done so much for her and I have 3 weeks to find a place and I have a daughter too and also having major brain surgery for removal of a tumor compressing optic nerve severely behind my eye  6 days after I'm supposed to be out with tons of doc appt in between.
