The learning curve is pretty steep :-) One Idea is also to find a retired GC , or some one even out of state ( you know where to go to find these people - Yep BP:-)) .Read through posts and you will find contractors who are balanced and willing to work collaboratively , I consulted with some ( ofcourse paid ) and was able to get good suggestions .I am always willing to spend money on good advice and consultation .
