Looking to invest in RE in San Antonio

I have family here, but for the time being I live in Korea. I'm in the process of moving to SA but it's going to be a while, and would like to do a few deals from out of the country. I usually come to San Antonio twice a year, so I'm in town pretty often.

I am interested in buy and hold properties, single and multifamily housing that generate cash flow from renters. Also interested in partnerships, if there's anybody out there interested in collaborating.

Will congrats on taking the first step towards real estate investing! In my opinion, your first step is identifying your team. The advice we provide our clients who are starting is to find your lender, acquisition agent and property management firm. Between these three you will have all the tools needed to ensure a successful real estate beginning. On the acquisition side, we refer out to @Sterling Williams our San Antonio multifamily specialists & @Brooke Noth a great lender who also is an investor in the San Antonio market.  Happy investing
