Greetings All! My name is T. Brookshire Harris and I'm just starting to dive in the Real Estate arena.

I just recently joined BP as I've been soaking up all I can around Wholesaling. (YouTube, Podcasts, Guru sites, etc.). I'm really loving BiggerPockets and I'm excited to network, collaborate, and JV with some amazing people. I'm very serious about making some deals here in Raleigh, NC *very soon* but I'm now focused on indoctrinating myself and getting comfortable with all aspects of Wholesaling if it takes a couple of months or so.

I'm looking to use my IT experience to build my own system that's centered around automation, data analytics, and software integration. My first plan of attack will be on an effective Seller's List. Let's go! I will deploy Bandit signs, Cold Calling, Direct mailers, but my M.O. is Digital Marketing with a major investment of time, money, and energy into targeted Facebook Ads. Any help with getting off the ground from a local Wholesaler would be awesome... and I will certainly make sure that I add value to your business as well.

When you develop your automation tool, I'd certainly like to know more about it. I enjoy reviewing analytics and translating the data into a story. Enough of my geekiness...

Once you get some properties to wholesale, I'd suggest checking out a local event called Triangle Dealmakers Session. I believe it meets the first evening of each month for an hour. The premise is that wholesalers get up and give a 5-minute pitch of any properties they have under contract... then you have the opportunity network with potential buyers after all the pitches are complete. @Adam Schneider runs the event here locally. The same event, in Greensboro, is run by @Karen Rittenhouse <---- it wouldn't allow me to tag Karen, but she is here on BP as well.
