So on the one hand you have bills being presented that put your maximum angel invest via crowdfund at 100 dollars per project and 10k max (LOL) and as high as 100k per project and 1 million+ max.The above post refers only to true crowdfunding for investment, I am not actually sure the Realty Mogul site is actually crowdfunding or just a cleverly disguised loan (I didn't read their TOS, if they even have one yet).

In some places when you rent a flat, you need to being your own light fixtures, in other places, the landlord will leave linens and dishes.It's just a little arrogant to assume you know the absolute truth.There is aspect of this discussion where we do agree (sort of):  being a responsive and responsible landlord is the best thing your can do for your tenants and you business.
