So on the one hand you have bills being presented that put your maximum angel invest via crowdfund at 100 dollars per project and 10k max (LOL) and as high as 100k per project and 1 million+ max.The above post refers only to true crowdfunding for investment, I am not actually sure the Realty Mogul site is actually crowdfunding or just a cleverly disguised loan (I didn't read their TOS, if they even have one yet).

I've seen some really clever stuff  leveraged to push content, use smart telemetry to surface what's likely to matter most to individual users.

No, but the annual plan is a clever way to make money.

However, the actual knowledge I learned in college I could easily replicate on YouTube.And I'm not being coy here, but I learned as much about strategy, collaboration, cleverness, problem solving, data analysis etc. from playing Dungeons and Dragons in my teen years as I did in college. 

In some places when you rent a flat, you need to being your own light fixtures, in other places, the landlord will leave linens and dishes.It's just a little arrogant to assume you know the absolute truth.There is aspect of this discussion where we do agree (sort of):  being a responsive and responsible landlord is the best thing your can do for your tenants and you business.  

She charged us $50 (for a 5 bedroom - 8 bed/linens - home) and we simply passed that onto the AirBNB guest as a pass-through additional charge.

The industry figured out a clever way to mask them as they are presented as "seller fees",  because the money is only taken once the mortgagee's check arrives. 

Nice towels, linen, fully stocked kitchen WITH MICROWAVE, COFFEE MAKER/BAR, good WiFi, decent Smart TV, In-Unit Washer and Dryer is a big plus!
