Karen Margrave Thanks. I will look into doing a member blog - we have syndicated some of our blog content with Bigger Pockets but don't think I've done any member blogs to date!

You are correct that we stay away from new construction and spec building. Everything we focus on is designed to provide passive cash-flow. Best of luck in your business as well.
