If the potential buyers know you are wholesaling the property , do they press for how much you have the house under contract for ?

Upon reading David Greene's books on BRRRR and long distance real estate investing, I've decided what I've got to do: get off the bench.

Protect your time, protect your money, and get out there to "press the flesh."

so i was busy today....eating a rushed chinese take out lunch in my mechanic's office while he fixed some thingamajig on my truck...as a lot of you know, i've been working my rear end off on a 14 unit rehab...well it's pretty much done and i've been getting about 30 calls a day to rent the apartments...so in the middle of all these calls, i get a call from MasterCard saying my credit card has been locked due to some unnecessary charges and to press 1 for more info.

I think the groups postponing the foreclosures and evictions are just doing it for positive press.

We have benches around trees and a small wishing well, which everyone loves.This is so unprofessional,but this works for us.

Perhaps they won't tell you, but I can't imagine they don't have some guidelines.I would press them harder to fully understand their rationale and their timelines.

Unsavory characters aside, from a risk perspective I wouldn't want to see any type of chemically-based processing in a residential building.Butane hash oil processing gets a lot of press for the explosions it causes, and most reputable processors are moving to closed-loop systems.  

I have checked out a few sites using 2500 postcards as a bench mark.
